In November, BLAGO Charity Foundation summarized the results of the sports year and awarded the outstanding athletes from among the veterans of Severstal. Public figures, representatives of the City Administration, partner companies and the Foundation's care recipients gathered in the Yubileiny sports complex in Cherepovets. According to the organizers, sport is one the favorite pastimes for retirees today. The list of favorite sports among steelmaking industry's veterans include running, Nordic walking, swimming, badminton, table tennis, skiing, darts, shooting, chess and many others.
